SICTIC-AI — Stage × Industry Extension

All 231 scoring questions, extended across 4 stages × 8 sectors

Every question from the original 116-check matrix and the 115-item research supplement, run against the startup classification framework's stage ladder (§1.2) and sector taxonomy (§2.2). Each question was independently evaluated for all 32 stage × sector combinations — most are genuinely invariant and say so; where a real difference exists, it's written out and the 32 combinations are mapped to the variant(s) that apply, with no gaps.

What this is for

The full due-diligence question set used to evaluate a startup — every check SICTIC applies, with the reasoning and the metric behind each one visible, not just the question itself.

What it is

231 questions — 116 from the original matrix, 115 from the research supplement — each checked against all 4 stages × 8 sectors, so you can see exactly where and why a check changes depending on the startup's stage or sector.

What you can do with it

  • Filter by category, sensitivity, or comment status
  • Open any question to see its full criteria, metric methodology, and stage/sector variants
  • Leave a comment directly on a question
  • Ask the Chat tab about any question by ID, e.g. "Q011"
Open framework question: whether first meaningful revenue marks the Stage 2→3 or Stage 3→4 boundary is not yet decided by SICTIC (framework §1.3). This build uses the §1.2 table as written (revenue signal appears at S2, recurring revenue at S3). Variants whose stage split depends on that boundary carry their own note — flagged per-question below, not resolved silently.
